Create Prompts Targeting Two Entities in AI Assistant Studio

What’s new?

You can now create custom prompts in the AI Assistant Studio that target two different entities. Previously, custom prompts were limited to a single entity (Candidate, Job, or Contact). With this update, you can select both a primary entity and a related entity for your custom prompts, along with default data points to include from the related entity.

Why does it matter?

The ability to select a secondary entity expands the potential use cases for custom prompts. By incorporating data from a related entity, such as a related Contact for a Job-based prompt or a related Job for a Candidate-based prompt, users can generate more comprehensive and valuable responses to custom prompts. This functionality was previously limited to a select few default prompts.

How do I enable this?

This update will be enabled automatically for AI Assistant customers. To add a related entity to a custom prompt, simply create or edit a prompt via the AI Assistant Studio and use the new “Related Entities” fields located under the Prompt and Data sections to configure the secondary entity and its available data points.
